Sonja Recovers from Surgery

I had surgery this week. I am now home, sore, but recovering nicely. After thinking about it a long time and doing research and talking to many people who have had it, I finally decided to have bariatric surgery. Did you know that this surgery CURES 98% of people who have tpe 2 diabetes? My surgeon's partner tells me that it is now being recommended to people with type 2 diabetes, even if they are not obese! Wow.
I have to say, my blood sugars are completely normal, and I am on 1/4 the meds I was on pre-surgery. Unbelievable. It will only continue to improve - and quickly!
